Master Builders Australia is delivering a major new initiative, funded by the federal government, to better support women's careers in construction. As part of this, independent research company Insightfully is conducting one-on-one interviews with employers like you. 

We’re seeking your practical insights about: 

· What’s working (or not) when supporting women in the workforce 

· Where the real barriers are — and what would help employers support women’s careers 

· What kinds of tools, training, or HR supports would actually be useful 

Your advice will directly inform the design of new industry programs, best practice guides, and resources to help employers like you attract and retain the best talent. The research options are: 

· Interview: 45-minute phone or Zoom/Teams chat, $200 as a thank you; or 

· Survey: 5–10 minutes; or 

· Both.
