In response to member concerns about the substantial challenges facing the class 2 residential sector, Master Builders has established the Class 2 Working Group to identify the key issues, understand the root causes and develop policy solutions which can be advocated to the NSW Government. 

A cross section of the Class 2 sector is represented on the Working Group, including large and small builders engaged in multi-unit development and apartment construction.
