This instrument sets out the information that employers who seek to participate in the JobMaker Hiring Credit scheme must provide to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). It is necessary to obtain certain information from those employers to ensure that they are eligible to participate in the scheme, and to enable the ATO to determine the value of the payments participating employers are entitled to.
