Tell the NSW Government what you think about workers compensation premiums in NSW. The Government is reviewing workers compensation premiums and inviting members of Master Builders NSW to share their feedback.

Workers compensation premiums play an important role in supporting injured workers, promoting workplace safety and maintaining a sustainable workers compensation system. As workplaces, industries and employer needs continue to evolve, icare wants to understand stakeholder experiences with workers compensation premiums and identify opportunities for improvement.

Feedback gathered through public consultation will help inform future consideration of premium model improvements and support fair, stable and sustainable outcomes for NSW employers.

Public consultation is open until Sunday 25 October 2026.
