Building Commission NSW has permanently disqualified Rodger Labib from operating as a builder and building practitioner.

Acting on data and intelligence, our investigators found Mr Labib had obtained a financial benefit after fraudulent documents were produced to banks, council and NSW Fair Trading.

Building Commission NSW has since permanently disqualified Mr Labib from holding any authority, joining a partnership or being an officer of a corporation under the Home Building Act.

It also cancelled Mr Labib’s registration as a building practitioner (BUP0001612) and permanently disqualified him from future registration under the Design and Building Practitioners Act.
