This Design and Construct project consisting of 7,500m2 nett lettable Office space over 5 floors and two 2 Basement car park floors designed to incorporate two street frontages involved the demolition and remediation of an existing single laboratory facility located between existing buildings and associated on ground parking areas. 
The deep excavation process required extensive shoring and contiguous piling to safely remove 20,000 cubic metres of spoil.
The site team over came considerable challenges working to a very tight construction schedule to produce a building of high quality.
