The Bundarra Building is located at a very visible location at the corner of South Dowling and Fitzroy Streets, Surry Hills. The completed project is highly distinctive and must be noticed by thousands of motorists every day. However, building this project must have been a real challenge and the finished combination building featuring new/futuristic matched with restored heritage is a credit to The Walsh group. The inside is light and airy and provides a wonderful working environment. The building is a classic ‘Adaptive Re-use’.
