Nine quality industrial units have been constructed spanning 3 individual buildings on a narrow site in Riverwood. Whilst both front and rear site access was available for part of the construction period, as buildings were constructed right to boundaries, innovative construction techniques were implemented. These involved concrete floors fully supported on screw piles and precast concrete wall panels trucked to site. Similarly roof sections were prefabricated and lifted into position on site. Trescon has completed a well thought out and well constructed project.
