This project provides a home for 136 residents. The accommodation is spread across three levels and includes a safe area for dementia residents. Overall, the facility has been built to very high and luxurious standards. There is a warm and welcoming entry and reception, multiple courtyards with landscaping, plus a water feature and a childrens’ play area.  The client praised Total Construction’s professionalism and indicated that they would be happy to work with them again in the future
