The project comprised the design and construction of an 18-storey mixed-use student accommodation building, featuring 354 studio, one and two-bedroom apartments. Communal facilities include lounge, dining, games and study spaces, a rooftop terrace and BBQ area, along with three levels of retail, commercial and shared office spaces. Two basement levels provide parking and back-of-house services.
Taylor’s Scape project demonstrates high-quality construction within a tightly constrained site. The team successfully navigated challenging ground conditions, flood-affected basements, structural transfer requirements and complex logistics, while maintaining program certainty and delivering a high-quality outcome.
