The Gerard Lighting project was a D&C project consisting of two levels of commercial offices with one level of underground parking built to a very high quality. 
The new building, a reinforced concrete structure clad with glazed/Alucabond curtain wall façade and a Colorbond roof, accommodates the expansion of Gerard Lighting’s administration, marketing and management team.
The building’s somewhat unique appearance in a predominately industrial estate has allowed the client to demonstrate their internal and external lighting products in purpose built showrooms. 
The building includes communal areas, reception, meeting rooms, a water feature and directors’ offices. The design highlights the focus on finishes, extravagant lighting and the  innovative use of space.
