The brickwork is distinctive in the way slip brick elements are integrated with and abut conventional brickwork, with sections of hit-and-miss brickwork providing additional texture and functionality. The façade design required a meticulously planned installation sequence across the lower two levels, incorporating intricate curved slip brick details formed across both planes, arched corbels and flowing brick curves.
The complexity of the brickwork demanded precise coordination, workmanship and attention to detail throughout construction. Through a highly collaborative approach, the project team successfully managed the design and construction challenges, ensuring the architectural intent was achieved. The result is a façade of outstanding quality, demonstrating exceptional craftsmanship, precision and innovation.
