This new function centre was built on the level 7 roof top of the existing university building.
There are 5 function rooms, a commercial kitchen and a large bar area.
This was a most difficult project as the lower floors were occupied, thus requiring substantial out of hours work and all cranage work was carried out on weekends.
The project was completed in 9 months.
