I believe Samantha deserves to win this award as she possesses all the skills and the attitude to make not just a great employee but an amazing employer when she finishes her apprenticeship.
Samantha is at the highest level, both at TAFE and on the worksite.  Samantha is a great role model to all young girls out there that you can achieve things in life if given the chance and to step outside the comfort zone.
Samantha’s communication skills are amazing for her age group.  She communicates well with work colleagues, other men and women on worksites as well as clients who are mainly business professionals and women in the home.

GOALS & AMBITIONS
Samantha plans to complete her apprenticeship and to follow the footsteps of her employer by establishing her own subcontracting business with an all-female team.
