This project was the extension of a Federation style house and the creation of a modern open and bright living area, kitchen and a large tiled balcony over a double carport.  Particular attention was paid to the construction and drainage of the balcony.   The style was maintained with specially milled boards, matching balustrades, the re-use of existing windows and the concealment of the steel structure of the balcony.
