The Cambridge project comprises three distinct sections and facilities on one tightly constrained site adjacent to Epping Station, together with basement car parking.
The development includes 172 independent living units for over-55s and a 132-bed residential aged care facility, incorporating a clubhouse, indoor pool, gym, cinema, bar and rooftop dining within a 28-level structure. It also includes a K–6 Catholic primary school with rooftop gardens and a 200-seat parish hall connected to offices and a presbytery.
Delivery required multiple construction teams working collaboratively, each bringing specialist skills and experience across high-rise residential, education, public facilities, aged care and basement excavation.
The quality of the completed and diverse development is a real credit to the builder and the entire project team.
