The EPIISOD is a purpose-built development delivering 732 student rooms across self-contained studio apartments and five-bed cluster units with shared kitchen and living facilities. Rising to 15 storeys across three interconnected wings, the design reduces perceived building mass while maximising daylight, ventilation and visual amenity. Communal spaces include study and lounge areas, a landscaped central courtyard, rooftop terraces and swimming pool, with basement facilities supporting parking, bicycle storage, loading and back-of-house operations.
