The Bellburra development provides 24 luxurious three-bedroom apartments in a scenic bushland setting, with convenient access to transport and local amenities. Residents have access to a 25-metre pool, gym and communal clubhouse, supported by generous basement car parking.
The site’s topography drains towards Manly Dam Reserve, requiring stringent environmental controls throughout construction to manage stormwater runoff. A vegetated 300,000-litre sediment basin was established to capture and treat runoff before its controlled release down the valley.
The project was completed with no safety incidents, demonstrating the team’s strong commitment to safe construction practices. The judges were impressed by the overall ambience, quality of construction and environmental management. A great effort by the Richard Crookes Constructions team.
