Renascent successfully delivered a high-quality new Renal Unit within the former Prince of Wales Hospital Emergency Department, navigating the challenges of a live hospital environment, an operating helipad and complex demolition and drainage works. Despite tight budget constraints, the team adopted a flexible approach, retaining existing partitions and finishes and reusing ceiling tiles to achieve cost savings without compromising the finished result. Strong collaboration, practical problem-solving and trust across the project team were key to the successful delivery of this complex refurbishment.
