During construction, Reitsma had to contend with an occupied third floor and lower ground carpark while undertaking the upgrade of the facade and interior to the ground and first floor. A car lift was installed from the lower level to level 1 which included structural alterations in difficult circumstances to accommodate the new lift.
Access was limited from the Pacific Highway and made more difficult by the occupied carpark with only one access point.
The work was finished to a high standard to accommodate the Italian-designed finishes for the Maserati, Fiat and Alfa Romeo showroom and offices.
