The state-of-the-art pavilion and Grandstand offers an array of modern amenities designed for the local Mosman community. On the ground floor, visitors can find barbecue facilities, a netball/basketball court, changerooms, public toilets and ample seating areas. The first floor features a kiosk, function room, terrace, kitchen, scorer room, accessible lift and additional amenities.  The project has a strong emphasis on sustainability, incorporating solar panels, rainwater harvesting, natural lighting together with utilizing recycled materials from the old pavilion.  The works were carried out in a busy area were community access to the oval and surrounds was always a factor in the safe execution of the works. Reitsma took over the works following the failure of the initial Builder. Consequently, extensive investigation and rectification works were required including re cabling to cast in conduits within the concrete slab.  The works included steel framed glazing, timber cladding, timber veneer wall panelling joinery, external sliding timber batten screens, terrazzo bathroom partitions and precast stairs and external furniture. The complexities of the project have been well understood and completed to a high standard.
