The building is a structural steel framed, two storey structure, clad externally with a mixture of precast concrete panels and composite aluminium panels.
The floor finishes in the corridors and public areas are polished and sealed grey concrete.
The building is totally cooled by natural ventilation; the motorised louvres are controlled by the building management system. (BMS)
The building is used for the teaching of aged care nursing, massage therapy, painting and sign craft.
The building cost $4.2 million and was completed in           14 months.
