This design and construct industrial project comprises the works depot for Endeavour Energy and was completed in two distinct stages. Upon completion of Stage One, the client relocated to the new premises to allow for the demolition and construction of Stage Two. 
The structure is predominately of precast concrete, structural steel and Colorbond.
As one would expect with an electrical supply authority, this industrial building is well constructed to a high standard of finish.
