This 1880’s terrace house has been updated using a mix of modern and re-cycled materials.  The building was stripped out, leaving only the perimeter walls, and the interior was replaced with a steel structure fabricated off site by the builder.  Another innovation that appealed to the judges was the use of panels of flooring recovered from a bowling alley for floors and wall panels.
