The new  retail building and carpark have been constructed with 4 ‘shell and core’ tenancies as a standalone building project. As the project was not fully documented at tender stage, the builder undertook a number of design development tasks. All of the changes and redesign were well resolved and executed.   The finished product is crisp and neatly detailed.
