This fitout covered eight floors and included Meeting rooms, seminar rooms, workstations and collaborative spaces, a board room, a café, an outdoor terrace and two commercial kitchens.  The complex spiral stair gives an impressive impact upon entry.  Due to the access restrictions to the floors and the shape of the stairs itself, the skeleton of the stair was constructed by individually welding 1m-wide curved steel sections together to create a single solid steel structure.
