A very tight site in Ashfield presented MLP Co with difficulties in constructing this 3 level childcare facility. Street frontage was narrow (facing a one way street), and works involved the demolition of a portion of a retail trading warehouse, (this space being incorporated into the site), and complicated basement strutting, as adjoining land owners would not agreeing to ground anchors). Whilst Covid and very wet weather caused the builder many problems during construction, both the builder and owner operator were clearly very proud of this well thought out quality building.
