A complex build on a challenging site, featuring secant contiguous piers, blinding slabs, and “bathtub” torch-on waterproofing. Structural steel beams and meticulously detailed timber framing, including service penetrations, were prefabricated off-site, enabling precise assembly and a well-finished holiday home with varied living areas.
