The Stamford facade features a Hamptons-inspired yet timeless design with the feature roof tiles and cladding boards. On entering the residence the judges were impressed with the volume of space, with the impressive void complemented by timber stairs. Adjacent to this entry is a cleverly placed study nook which has been integrated into the design of the home and boasts a large window which gives plenty of natural light and a stunning view of the pool.

At the rear, the open-plan living area emphasises a mastery of free-flowing spaces. Large doors allow for a seamless interaction between indoor and outdoor living. The kitchen has an abundance of storage space and the butler’s pantry is designed with access to both the kitchen and laundry.

The upstairs has a second living space with loads of natural light. The master bedroom is located to the back of the first floor for added privacy and boasts the feeling of a five-star hotel suite with its large ensuite and walk-in robe.
