The project required the redevelopment of the 46-58 Holt Street, Surry Hills into an A-Grade building with an additional level to the 8th floor. This was achieved by stripping out of the existing tenancies to a base building and upgrading all of the existing services including the lifts and facade. 
The work was undertaken with some of the existing tenancies still in occupancy requiring quiet enjoyment, resulting in the demolition work and grinding of floors having to be undertaken in shifts. 
The work took place sequenced over the 8 floors of the building to provide continuity; the work entailed maintaining essential services, constructing new male and female toilets, installing three new lifts and the replacement of windows to Holt and Gladstone Street. The additional floor on level 8 is a high class addition to the building providing a quality work facility with external garden breakout area.
