Located at Kemps creek this 35,000 sqm warehouse facility has been built to a high standard and features two office/admin. areas and a 2,700sqm super awning. The key feature of the project is the custom-built 4,500 sqm pharmaceutical space. This sterile space incorporates insulated wall panels, epoxy floors and a full HVAC system which required 5 km of specialized ductwork, pipework and lighting. The project was much more complex than a traditional warehouse of it’s size and it is a worthy winner of an award for building excellence.
