An extremely difficult location in which to deliver a project due to access and materials handling constraints. Mainbrace successfully staged the project and were able to undertake additional works consisting of 4,300 square metres of engineering screed works within the original construction programme. There were over 70 contractors and 200 tenancy fitouts involved in the David Jones flagship store refurbishment.
The project has been delivered to a high standard, with a great result achieved by the project team.
