The Gables Neighbourhood Shopping Centre is an impressive complex, comprising a substantial basement car park extending across the entire site and excavated through rock. The shopping centre incorporates a supermarket and adjoining specialty stores, while the opposite end of the site provides medical and childcare facilities.
The project demonstrates a first-class standard of construction quality, with careful attention to detail evident throughout the completed development. Mainbrace also successfully managed the integration of the shopping centre with the adjoining school, together with extensive park works being undertaken by others.
