Mainbrace has delivered an impressive shopping centre in South Western NSW, successfully managing a range of complex site and operational challenges throughout construction. These included relocating services to adjoining buildings while they remained fully operational, upgrading high-voltage power without impacting neighbouring facilities, and leaving part of the new building behind while awaiting Authority approvals, all without affecting the program.
The project demonstrates strong planning, coordination and adaptability, with the team successfully navigating complex interfaces and maintaining continuity of operations.
