An expansive project requiring a site crane, with 14m-long zinc corrugated roof sheets and extensive Australian recycled hardwoods. Solid timber joinery, brass balustrades and fittings, and no visible gyprock demonstrated exceptional attention to detail. Landscaping materials were craned in by helicopter, while historic sandstone featured in the fireplace.
