This 15,000m2, six level UWS multi-purpose building houses the Sydney Graduate School of Management as well as also nursing and computing training facilities.
The post-tensioned concrete structure features nine blade walls on the western side, each seven metres long and up to 18 metres high, clad in face brickwork.
Externally the building is face brickwork and internally painted blockwork. The services within the building are sophisticated and the function and entry into each room is controlled by access cards.
This is a physically imposing tertiary building.
