The senior library design and construct project involved the demolition of existing concrete pavement structures and classrooms. The construction of a new three-storey building comprises staffrooms, multiple teaching/learning spaces and five general learning areas that can be transformed into open spaces to hold functions and seminars. All levels of the building have the latest IT and AV technologies installed to facilitate the teaching and learning experiences. The building also consists of lower-level sports storage facilities which open onto the existing sports fields. Faced with numerous challenges Lipman’s undertook valued engineering workshops between all key stakeholders and consultants to deliver an outstanding project for the school and future students.
