A new Office Building constructed over Martin Place Metro Station and also over the existing Eastern Suburbs Railway Line.  A really difficult site with access and Structural Challenges solved by the Lend Lease team, supporting an inner-city Office Building on restricted foundations, either side of the Eastern Suburbs Railway.  A great level of finish externally and internally to blend with the adjacent Heritage Buildings, very tricky roof structure to avoid shadowing and to enclose the complicated façade maintenance machinery.
