The 420 George Street / MidCity Centre project is a very large ‘A’ grade high rise commercial  and retail development located on a very constrained site between George and Pitt Street in the heart of  Australia’s busiest CBD precinct and surrounded on all sides by existing buildings including  heritage listed buildings and an active rail corridor below the site.
Through all stages of this development the Lend Lease team has demonstrated understanding and innovation in developing solutions to the constraints presented when designing and constructing such a large mixed used building for a guaranteed maximum price of $270 million dollars and delivering a high quality finished product on time over a 3 year period in a mid-city Sydney CBD location.
