Isaac has shown a willingness to learn and improve his skills unlike any of our other apprentices in the past and has demonstrated that he is capable of taking on tasks in the carpentry trade and completing them to a high standard on a regular basis. His ability to pick up different work techniques through watching others and then carrying out those methods through into his own work is outstanding. Isaac is constantly trying to further his knowledge through reading and keeping up to date with changes in the industry. He has learnt several outstanding skills in supporting three-storey houses from digging out for a wine cellar, pitching a roof ready for copper and relocating boutique shops in a few hours to rebuilding jetties on Sydney Harbour.
Isaac won the 1st Year Male Category for the Master Builders 2015 Apprentice of the Year Awards.
