The development comprises a 20-storey high-rise tower accommodating 365 students across 308 apartments, configured as a mix of studio and two-bedroom apartments. Ground level facilities include a welcoming lobby, student communal areas, retail tenancies and back-of-house spaces, while the podium integrates accommodation with shared study, social and dining amenities, including a commercial kitchen servicing the building.
The project presented significant challenges, including complex geotechnical conditions, contaminated groundwater and major services relocation. Through extensive stakeholder coordination, careful planning and constrained logistics, Infinity successfully navigated these complexities and delivered the project to a high standard, meeting the client’s expectations and achieving an exceptional outcome.
