This project had most specific requirements as the facility is being used by persons with cerebral palsy and is a showcase of how it leads in fulfilling such disability requirements. These include hydraulic basins and sinks adjustable both horizontal and vertically to toilets and kitchen areas, new design lifting hoists to nominated areas including offices, toilets and the gym area and automated height adjustable workstations for wheelchair access and wash down beds to toilet areas.
This required the builder to exercise its skills in management and construction to achieve an exemplary building of the highest standard. A very worthy winner.
