Exceptional attention to detail and value for the client, with three separate pavilions arranged around a pool and internal courtyard. Steel doors, curved-edge Venetian plaster and a spiral concrete stair were expertly executed. An impressive result on a lump-sum contract despite extremely limited access via a narrow shared driveway.
