This new weatherboard cottage replaces an old dilapidated home over 100 years old with a two storey dwelling featuring tallow wood floors throughout as well as external cladding. The judges said that overall this small, attractive home is beautiful.  Great use is made of Carrara marble in the bathrooms and the painting and joinery works are exceptional. Well done.
