The Boiler House was constructed in 1894 to serve the orphan school and psychiatric hospital.
This adaptive reuse project required the removal of the old boilers and associated equipment, restoration of the building and the addition of a new pavilion.  The facility now provides a modern student canteen and restaurant, with a commercial kitchen and a covered outdoor eating area.
The chimney was repaired and is a feature of the new complex.
A wonderful adaptive re-use of a once depilated facility.
