The hotel’s top and mid-deck works involved the demolition and construction of a new function room featuring a clerestory roof, a new entry foyer connecting to the existing Sunset Room, and an upgraded accessible ramp.
Delivered within a live operating environment, the Fugen team successfully managed the complexities of construction while maintaining the hotel’s ongoing operations. The team was also responsible for coordinating design, DA, CC and associated approvals, while maintaining a strong and collaborative relationship with the client throughout the project.
The completed works incorporate premium finishes and demonstrate a consistently high standard of workmanship. The result is a contemporary and functional upgrade that enhances the hotel’s event and hospitality offering while seamlessly integrating with the existing facilities.
