The contract consisted of the complete internal refurbishment and fit-out of the heritage listed hospital in Bathurst to provide modern offices, doctors’ rooms and educational facilities.
Refurbishment and new construction work was also carried out in the main hospital building whilst keeping the hospital fully operational. 
Very intricate and difficult internal structural rectification and earthquake strengthening works were required within the heritage listed building. 
The work was completed in 17 months.
