This expansion of the Snackbrands Australia facility involved complicated coordination of building works and services beside and finally integrated into a major Australian live food production facility, with all the public health requirements this involved. As part of this process the following was required; • Wholesale redesign of Hydraulic, Mechanical and Electrical systems as the end user firmed up production equipment; • Restaging of works to allow installation of 9 inground stainless steel oil catchment pans, the first ever in Australia; • Redesign of roof structure to include secondary steel for high level equipment support; • Wholesale redesign and restaging of the waste water treatment plant building due to Snackbrands further performance requirements.
