Merchant House is a transformation of an 1888 building, into a dynamic commercial space. FDC reengineered all aspects of the structure to reinforce the building in order to construct an additional seven floor levels, whilst retaining the heritage facade and structure. The building is a credit to the team, the quality of finishes and attention to detail is exemplar, well done all.
