The CDC bus depot is a state of the art transport facility designed to enhance public transport efficiency and sustainability in Sydney’s Northwest. Spanning a large site, the depot includes advanced infrastructure to support the regions growing bus fleet, with key features including high capacity bus workshop, admin offices, refueling and washing stations plus over 2km of conduit, future proofing the facility for electric buses. The project required seamless coordination across multiple disciplines, including civil and structural works plus mechanical and electrical installations. All was well constructed including large areas of hard stand for current and future bus parking, this facility a credit tom the efforts of DSD Constructions.
